Hey darlings, Isn’t it just refreshing to be alive and well? It’s a privilege to have survived 2015. God has been truly good to us.
It’s that time of year where we write new goals, well atleast for most people. For me, I’m always writing new goals. I don’t wait for a New year to figure things out and put things into motion. I’m so excited about what this year will bring, more blessings on blessings ofcourse. I know many of us is feeling a sense of excitement, especially when you have major things working on that you want to see come alive. After all success is waiting as long as we work hard and stay humble.
Here are a few things to remember going forth into 2016,
Faith without work is dead
There has to be a balance. There’s no way you can have faith that you’ll be successful if you aren’t working towards that success. You have to work to see results.
No more insanity
Insanity means doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Life doesn’t work like that. If you want changes, you first have to make changes within your mind. You have to change on the inside before you can on the outside. Your mind is a very powerful thing. It has the ability to make you or break you.
The Power of “I am”
“I am” has the power to change your life forever. Those two simple words can determine the kind of life you live. The “I am’s ” coming out of your mouth can bring success or failure. I’ve been listening to this book on audible, written by Joel Osteen, It’s called “The Power of I am”. Such an inspiring book, I just want to commit to listening to it all day everyday. It reminds us that life and death is in the power of the tongue. If you begin to tell yourself “I am beautiful. Beauty comes looking for you, I am healthy (health come knocking at your door. I am successful. Success will come too. I am blessed. Blessings come find you. Don’t go telling yourself, I am weak. I am ugly. I am old. I am… The wrong I am will cause you not to rise higher! Speak positive things over yourself this year! If you haven’t read the book, go check it out.
Put away Procrastination
Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task which needs to be accomplished. Don’t going do that this year, that’s last years business. No more of that going forward. Rise to the occasion. Step out and grasp opportunities. Lazy is no longer invited.
Lets be better this year. Have a great week 🙂
