The Review: Irie Bluehole Jamaica

Listen, Bluehole Jamaica, What a beauty?

I was in awe the whole time, how amazing this place really is. The experience there is one unforgettable one though I can’t swim and I really want to get over the fear of open water, besides that the water was so clean. The guide told us and showed us which parts are deep and not so deep.  You may need to take along with you mesh water shoes, parts of it has many rocks you’ll have to walk on.

    Hey Shana-Kay,

Where exactly in Jamaica is this and how much is it to get in?
From your experience, the best time to go would be? Weekdays or Weekends?

Hey Recarro, There are 2 blue holes basically. There’s this one and then there’s the major one up the road, both on the same stretch of road in the hills of Ochi Rios. We used google maps to get there.

We paid 500 jmd each and then we gave one of the guys 1000 jmd just to guide us and show us around.

We went there on the weekend but week days are an option too. Tourists are frequently going back and forth there
